The mom of a 10-year-old boy who was killed by an American bully XL canine has launched a scathing assault on the UK authorities for not appearing sooner to ban the breed.
Emma Whitfield, whose son Jack Lis was fatally wounded two years in the past, criticised Suella Braverman, the house secretary, after she stated she had commissioned âpressing recommendationâ on outlawing the canine after an assault on an 11-year-old lady in Birmingham was filmed and posted on social media.

The time period âbreed impartialâ refers to the concept that public security is healthier protected when legal guidelines don’t outlaw explicit breeds and house owners are held accountable for the way their canine is cared for and managed.
